Applies to all Valuers / Coin Dealers

1. Valuers Role

Valuers operate as independent third parties. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency, employment, or joint venture.

2. Valuers Responsibilities

Valuers agree that they:

Are legally entitled to buy coins
Comply with all applicable laws (including AML, tax, and consumer laws)
Provide accurate, lawful, and honest offers
Conduct their own due diligence on authenticity and provenance

3. Offers & Transactions

All offers are non-binding until accepted
Transactions occur off-platform
We do not guarantee payment, delivery, or completion
Any disputes must be resolved directly with the User

4. No Authentication or Valuation

We:

Do not verify coin authenticity
Do not verify grading, rarity, or condition
Do not verify ownership

Valuers accept full responsibility for all assessments.

5. Fees

Where applicable, Valuers agree to pay platform fees as disclosed.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

6. Suspension & Removal

We reserve the right to:

Remove Valuers accounts without notice
Reject or remove offers
Permanently ban Vendors for fraud, abuse, or non-compliance

7. Indemnity

Valuers agree to indemnify and hold the Platform harmless from any claims arising from:

Transactions
Misrepresentation
Legal non-compliance
Customer disputes

8. Authentication & Valuation Disclaimer

Coin authenticity, grading, and valuation are solely the responsibility of Users and Valuers
We provide no guarantees regarding condition, authenticity, rarity, or value

9. Fees

We may charge listing fees, subscription fees, or commission.
All fees will be clearly disclosed before payment.

We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
Use the Platform for illegal activity
Harass, threaten, or deceive other users
Circumvent platform rules or fees

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

Financial loss
Loss of coins
Fraud or misrepresentation by Users or Valuers
Disputes, failed transactions, or non-payment
Loss of data or business interruption

Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or legal costs arising from:

Your use of the Platform
Your listings or offers
Breach of these Terms

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access without notice if:

These Terms are breached
We suspect fraud or misuse
Required by law

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
