We act solely as an intermediary platform and are not a party to any transaction between Users and Valuers.
2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Platform Role & No Agency

4. User Accounts

5. Listings & Content
Users may upload coin listings, including images, descriptions, and details.
You confirm that:
- You own the coin or have the authority to list it
- Listings are lawful and accurate
- Images and descriptions do not infringe third-party rights
We reserve the right to:
- Remove or edit listings at our discretion
- Reject content that is misleading, offensive, or unlawful
6. Vendor Offers
Vendors may submit price offers to Users.
We:
- Do not verify Vendor identities or qualifications
- Do not validate pricing accuracy or fairness
- Do not guarantee payment or completion
Users accept offers at their own risk.
7. Payments & Transactions
- Payments occur outside the Platform, unless otherwise stated
- We are not responsible for payment disputes, refunds, chargebacks, or non-payment
- We do not provide escrow or buyer protection
8. Authentication & Valuation Disclaimer
- Coin authenticity, grading, and valuation are solely the responsibility of Users and Vendors
- We provide no guarantees regarding condition, authenticity, rarity, or value
9. Fees
We may charge listing fees, subscription fees, or commission.
All fees will be clearly disclosed before payment.
We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
- Use the Platform for illegal activity
- Harass, threaten, or deceive other users
- Circumvent platform rules or fees
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Financial loss
- Loss of coins
- Fraud or misrepresentation by Users or Vendors
- Disputes, failed transactions, or non-payment
- Loss of data or business interruption
Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or legal costs arising from:
- Your use of the Platform
- Your listings or offers
- Breach of these Terms
